How do ACH payouts work?
How are RapidSkins ACH payouts processed?
RapidSkins ACH payments are processed through the regular ACH network in USD.
How long do Bank Account payouts take?
ACH Transfers are processed by banks and take 2 business days. ACH payments are only processed on working days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Requests submitted before the daily cutoff time (typically 3:00 PM Eastern Time) on a business day will be processed that same day. Requests submitted after the cutoff time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
A Bank Account payout failed to process to my account. What can cause this?
Check your bank details are correct
Double check that the account and routing numbers are correct. If the provided details are invalid, our provider will cancel the payout and you will be able to retry with the correct details.
Check your bank account is eligible for ACH transfers
Some bank accounts are not eligible for ACH transfers. Check with your bank directly. If your bank account is not eligible, you will need to use a different payment method.
Ensure your account is not from a restricted country
Some countries or regions cannot use ACH for transfers. Check with your bank directly. If your country is not eligible, you will need to use a different payment method.
