Items are missing from my trade?
Where are my items? If you can't find your items after a trade, here are some common reasons:

Items may be stored in your Backpack instead of your main inventory.

There may be a short delay before items appear due to processing.

Occasionally, items are held for review or security checks.
What should I do?

Click 'Open Backpack' to check if your items are there.

If you still can't find your items, refresh the page and check again after a few minutes.

If your items are still missing, contact our Live Support for immediate assistance.
Why were items not in the first trade?
We have to split trades up into multiple trades either because the items are from different bots, or because the items are from the same bot but cannot be traded at the same time. In both scenarios, items are reversed for you in your backpack while the trade is ongoing.
