Frequently Asked Questions
What is Instant Cash?
When you sell CS2 (CS:GO) skins, Steam applies a 7-day reversal hold before the trade is final. Normally you would wait 7 days to receive your payment. Instant Cash lets you receive part or all of your payout before the hold ends, so you get your money sooner.
Is Instant Cash available for other games?
Instant Cash is only available for CS2 sales. Rust and other games do not use the same 7-day hold, so payouts are sent immediately after the trade is accepted—no Instant Cash option is needed.
How does it work?
Each account has an Instant Cash limit. When you sell CS2 skins and choose a supported payout method (e.g. PayPal, card, crypto), you can opt in to use Instant Cash. We pay you up to your remaining limit right away; the rest of the sale (if any) is paid automatically once the 7-day hold ends. If your sale is within your limit, you get the full payout without waiting.
What happens if I reverse the trade?
If a trade is reversed after you have received Instant Cash (e.g. you or Steam Support reverses it), you must pay back the Instant Cash amount. Your Instant Cash limit will be permanently reset to zero, all rewards and bonuses will be forfeited, your account may be flagged or restricted, and any debt must be repaid within 10 days. We ask you to acknowledge these terms before using Instant Cash. Do not reverse or cancel the trade on Steam.
